WHOLESALE REGISTRATION
FYN products catalog is strictly for registered and approved resellers only.
Only registered resellers can have the access to the product catalog.
For new reseller, please fill up the wholesale registration form, we will review your registration and contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that registration is subject to approval. Once your registration is approved, you will be able to access the product catalog and start placing order with us.
ORDER
When you placed an order on our website, we will send you an acknowledgement email of receiving your order.
This acknowledgment email is not an order confirmation email.
Our sales team will contact you directly regarding your order.
Upon liaising of your order, our sales team will send you an order confirmation email to confirm the order and proceed for payment.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order.
Upon receiving of order confirmation email, all payment must be made within 48 hours. Otherwise, order will be cancelled.
DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from Singapore.
All products prices stated are exclusive of shipping fee.
The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the shipping fee.
We will not be liable for any lost parcels and/or damaged products mailed out should customers opt for normal/regular shipping.
We aim to process and dispatch the orders within 3 working days upon verification of payment. However, sometimes during peak seasons, it may take longer. Please note that processing and dispatching of orders is carried out during working hours, between Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore).
For local orders, customers may opt for courier services or self collection.
For local orders above $1500, we will provide free delivery.
For international orders, parcels will reach recipients in approximately 1-2 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact us. Extra charges apply.
All international order can be track via Singpost website.International orders may incur taxes or customs fees. These additional charges are not part of the shipping fees and to be held responsible by customers.
