All merchandises sold are non-refundable.
We only accept return and exchange for wrong or defective merchandise shipped.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition.
In the case of incorrect or defective merchandise received, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number.
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from FYN’s Customer Care, in order to return the merchandise.
For international orders, customers must notify us within 7 working days upon receiving of shipment.
For wrong or defective merchandise delivered, exchange must be of the same product.
For products with no instock, an equivalent store credit will be issued to your FYN’s account.
We will only reimburse normal delivery charges for wrong or defective merchandise delivered.
We highly recommend customer to opt for a delivery method that allows tracking of parcel. It is customers’ responsibility for the merchandise, until it reaches us.
We will only mail out the replacement merchandise or issue you with the store credit upon receiving the returned merchandise.
Reimbursement of delivery charges will be rebated in the next purchase.
No cash refunds are allowed for all returned merchandise.
FYN reserves the rights to accept return and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
