This website is not an online store. This is FYN company website with product catalog and lookbook for registered resellers only.

FYN product catalog is not open to the public, strictly for registered and approved resellers only.

Only registered resellers can access to the product catalog. If you are a reseller, please fill up the wholesale registration form and we will contact you. Please note that registration is subject to approval.

Wholesale registration is for resellers that are keen in getting FYN design for reselling purpose only. In order to have access to the product catalog, place order, track order, etc, you need to be a registered user. Please note that registration is subject to approval.

Yes, we do ship internationally via Singpost with tracking service. Click here for more shipping information.

We dispatch parcels on Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
It usually takes 1-2 working days to process, pack and dispatch your order.

For international orders, parcels will reach recipients in approximately 1-2 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact us. Extra charges apply.

International orders may incur taxes or customs fees. These additional charges are not part of the shipping fees and to be held responsible by customer.

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Fyn Customer Care, in order to return merchandise.

Please attach a close up photograph for defective merchandise.

Thereafter, Fyn Customer Care will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a return and exchange. 

We only accept return and exchange for wrong or defective merchandise shipped.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition.  

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from FYN Customer Care, in order to return merchandise. 

For international orders, customers must notify us within 7 working days upon receiving of shipment.

For wrong merchandise delivered, exchange must be the same item ordered previously.
For defective merchandise delivered, exchange must be the same item.
If the item is out of stock, exchange for another item of equal or less value will be allowed. 

Fyn reserve the rights to accept return and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.

As soon as your returned merchandise reached our office, Fyn Customer Care will send you a notification email.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email from us, kindly get in touch with our Customer Care and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have returned the merchandise by a delivery method with tracking service, please give us the tracking number when you contact us.
